Stanmore Equestrian Centre

We would like to welcome you to our Centre, which is located just outside the historic town of Lanark. We are a very friendly and socially active group with members from all walks of life; and very proud to announce our membership of the "Riding for the Disabled Association". We all have one thing in common, a love of horses and horse riding. Whether you are a beginner looking for horses riding lessons or an experienced rider, we have the facilities you are looking for.

We provide for all your horse caring needs including Livery, Feed Room and Social Room for our human members. Our aim is for you to enjoy your time spent with us & for you to learn & have fun at the same time.

Horses are our passion, however, one of our main priorities is to have fun, and to ensure you have fun TOO! We believe the best way to do this is to enjoy our horses and to relax outside the Centre so we make special efforts to organise an active Social Calendar. We are sure you will enjoy all that we have planned!

Riders who simply ride to have fun and relax are as important to us as those determined to improve and compete. Every member of our little community is treated as an individual and our own little 'community' is enriched by people of all abilities, with one thing in common - a love of horses and riding.
